Once part of the original farm steading, the building has been thoughtfully converted into a warm, comfortable space that feels both simple and quietly luxurious.

  • This cottage has an Energy Efficiency Rating in Band E (54) and an Environmental Impact Rating of Band E (49), only due to the fact that current assessment methods don't have a way of incorporating straw bale walls into their efficiency calculations. The cottage is in fact  incredibly well insulated
